Why "up to three" quotes?
Your request goes to a maximum of three vetted installers serving your area — never more, never resold. Three is enough to compare properly without your phone ringing off the hook. If fewer than three partners currently serve your area, you may hear from one or two; we never pad the number with unvetted companies.
What does it cost?
Nothing, for homeowners — ever. Installation companies pay WaterQuotes a fee to receive requests. The quotes you receive are the installers' own pricing, and you negotiate and contract with them directly.
Will installers contact me?
Yes — that's the point. They may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email according to the preference you select — matched installers are asked to respond within 24–48 hours. You compare their quotes and pick your winner — or walk away. No pressure, no spam.
How are installers vetted?
We review credentials, track record and customer feedback before a company can receive requests, and we monitor responsiveness and quote quality on an ongoing basis. Companies that don't maintain the standard lose access to requests.
